Send your service choice, photos, date, and start time. Scarlett will review the set length before approving.

Choose your service, add inspo photos, and pick a date up to one month in advance. Gel-X and gel polish cannot be selected together. Scarlett manually approves the final time based on how long the set may take.

Privacy note: later, the public calendar should only show Open, 1 time booked, Fully booked, or Closed. It should not show who booked or what Scarlett is busy doing.

These are start times, not exact finish times. A 9:00 appointment might finish around 10:30–11:00 depending on the set.

Request saved for review. It will show in the admin review list as “Reviewing.”

How Scarlett will knowFor this testing version, the request saves into this browser and appears in the admin review list as “Reviewing.” Before using this with real clients, we should connect it to private secure storage and approved auto-email notifications.
Appointment approvalIn-person appointments must be approved by Scarlett first and are only for family, friends, or mutuals. Approval depends on timing, design difficulty, and how long the set may take.
